RISK Parts conventional road bike titanium alloy screw set handlebar C clamp brake fixing screw valve cap kit RT107

The RISK RT107 Titanium Bolt Kit is a complete 36-piece fastener upgrade set designed for standard road bikes. Machined from premium TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium and finished with durable PVD coating, this kit replaces the most common steel bolts on your road bike — including stem cap and clamp bolts, C-brake caliper hardware, front and rear derailleur bolts, water bottle cage bolts, and both Presta and Schrader valve caps. Selected bolts feature a hollow / through-drilled design for additional weight savings, and every bolt head carries a laser-engraved RISK logo. The kit arrives neatly organized in a precision-cut foam gift box. Available in Rainbow, Gold, and Black finishes.

— Key Advantages —

• TC4 Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V) — high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion-resistant, and significantly lighter than stock steel bolts
• 36-piece full coverage — one kit covers stem, C-brake calipers, front & rear derailleur, bottle cage, and valve caps for a complete road bike
• Hollow / through-drilled design — selected bolts feature drilled holes for extra weight reduction without sacrificing strength
• PVD coated finish — durable, scratch-resistant coloring in Rainbow, Gold, and Black; resists chipping and fading
• Laser-engraved RISK logo — clean, consistent branding on every bolt head and valve cap
• Precision machined threads — exact sizing for a perfect fit; no cross-threading
• Gift-box packaging — precision-cut foam insert keeps all 36 pieces organized and protected; ideal for gifting or resale
• Washers included — stem and bottle cage bolts come with matching washers

— Compatible Products —

Designed for standard road bikes with conventional thread sizing. The kit covers the following locations:

Total: 36 pieces — fits most standard road bike frames, stems, C-brakes, and derailleurs.

— Notes —

• Bike components are NOT included — this listing is for the titanium bolts only; stems, brakes, derailleurs, and bottle cages in photos are for display only
• Not every bolt is guaranteed to fit every bike — road bike components vary by brand, model, and production batch. This kit covers the most common standard road bike sizes, but measure your original bolts carefully before ordering and installing
• Follow torque values strictly — titanium is softer than steel; over-tightening can strip threads or snap bolts. Always use a torque wrench and refer to the torque guide on the product detail images
• Do NOT force installation — if a bolt does not thread in smoothly, stop and re-check the size and thread pitch. Forced installation may damage both the bolt and the component, and such damage is not covered under warranty
• Use anti-seize compound (recommended) — apply a small amount of copper or titanium anti-seize to threads to prevent galling and seizing, especially on aluminum brake and derailleur bodies
• Use quality hex keys — worn tools can damage bolt heads; ensure the tool is fully seated before applying force
• Color variation — PVD coating colors may appear slightly different under different lighting conditions; minor color variation is normal and not considered a defect
• Manual measurement: weight and dimensions may vary slightly due to hand-measuring and machining tolerances
