The RISK RL212 Hydraulic Brake Hose Needle Driver Tool is designed for installing hydraulic brake hose inserts, barbs, and connector pins accurately and securely. It is suitable for mountain bikes, road bikes, and other bicycles using hydraulic disc brake systems.

Made with a CNC-machined aluminum alloy body, stainless steel screw rod, and removable stainless steel pressing pin, this tool provides stable alignment and controlled pressure during installation. It helps press the hose needle straight into the brake hose, reducing the risk of damage caused by uneven or manual installation.

The tool is compatible with common hydraulic brake hose fittings on the market, including BH-90, BH-59, Avid, Magura, and other 5mm / 5.5mm hydraulic brake hoses. It can also be used with longer straight connectors such as Guide-series fittings up to approximately 30mm.

Optional variants include the RL212 needle press tool, spare pins and O-rings, a complete tool set with spare parts, and a hydraulic hose cutter with spare blade for clean and burr-free hose cutting.
