RISK RA143 MTB Suspension Fork Foam Oil Rings with Travel O-Ring, 32–36 mm

The RISK RA143 Suspension Fork Foam Oil Rings are designed for mountain bike suspension fork maintenance. Installed inside the fork lower legs near the dust seals, these foam rings help absorb and store suspension oil, keeping the fork stanchions lubricated during riding and helping reduce dry friction.

Made from selected tear-resistant foam material with a porous structure, the RA143 foam rings provide good oil absorption and oil retention performance. They are suitable for regular suspension fork servicing, dust seal replacement, oil seal maintenance, and fork rebuild work.

Available in 32 mm, 34 mm, 35 mm, and 36 mm sizes, the correct option should be selected according to the outer diameter of the fork stanchion / inner tube. Each set includes 2 foam oil rings + 1 red travel O-ring, packed in RISK branded packaging.

Note: This product includes foam oil rings and travel O-ring only. Suspension fork, dust seals, oil seals, fork oil, and tools shown in images are not included.

Installation Notes

1. Remove the fork lowers according to the suspension fork service manual.
2. Remove old foam rings and clean the dust seal area.
3. Soak the new foam rings with appropriate suspension fork oil before installation.
4. Install the foam rings into the correct position inside the fork lowers.
5. Reassemble the fork according to the manufacturer’s torque and service instructions.
6. Install the red travel O-ring on the stanchion if needed.

Always follow the original fork manufacturer’s service instructions. Incorrect installation may affect fork performance.
