The RISK RL332–RL341 Bicycle Suspension Fork Dust Seal Press Tool Series is designed for installing dust seals and oil seals during suspension fork maintenance. It helps press fork seals evenly and securely into the fork lower legs, making suspension service cleaner, safer, and more efficient.

Available in multiple sizes from 30 mm to 40 mm, this tool series covers common suspension fork stanchion diameters used on mountain bikes, gravel suspension forks, e-bikes, and performance MTB forks. The long M6 threaded rod design allows the tool to apply controlled pressure from both sides, helping the seal enter the fork lower leg straight and evenly.

Each press tool uses a size-marked blue press head for easy identification. The tool also features a quick-release nut design and built-in flat bearing for smoother operation. Optional wall-mounted storage racks are available for organizing the full tool set in professional workshops or home bike repair areas.

Important Notes

Please confirm your suspension fork stanchion diameter before purchase.
The front fork lower leg holes on both damper side and air side should be ≥ 6 mm, otherwise the M6 threaded rod may not pass through.
Install clockwise according to the product design.
Keep the press head parallel to the fork lower leg during installation for even force.
Some polymer parts are made by 3D printing. Layer lines and seam textures are normal manufacturing marks and do not affect use.
Manual measurement may have slight tolerance.
