It acts like a temporary head tube / steerer tube holder, helping keep the handlebar assembly stable when the fork, headset, stem, or front cockpit parts are removed or serviced.

This tool is suitable for mountain bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, and other bicycles with external or semi-internal cable routing. It helps reduce cable pulling, handlebar swinging, and part loss during maintenance.

The RL342 features elastic silicone fixing straps for quick installation, a silicone anti-slip pad for stable contact, and a small storage tray for placing screws, 3 / 4 / 5 mm hex keys, stem bolts, headset spacers, and other small components.

Important: This tool is suitable for bicycles with external cable routing or semi-internal cable routing. It is not suitable for fully internal cable routing frames.
