• Brake levers are NOT included — this listing is for the titanium bolts only; brake levers, calipers, and hoses in photos are for display only
• Designed for XT M775 specifically — this kit is sized for the Shimano Deore XT M775 brake lever. It may not fit other Shimano brake models (e.g. M785, M8000, SLX, Deore). Compare each bolt against your original hardware before installing
• Follow torque values strictly — titanium is softer than steel; over-tightening can strip threads or snap bolts, especially on the small 2 mm reservoir cap and panel screws. Always use a torque wrench
• Do NOT force installation — if a bolt does not thread in smoothly, stop and re-check the size and thread pitch. Forced installation may damage both the bolt and the brake lever body, and such damage is not covered under warranty
• Be careful with reservoir cap screws — these are small and easy to strip. Ensure the hex key is fully seated and apply even pressure. Do not overtighten — the reservoir cap only needs to be snug (1.5–2 N·m)
• Use anti-seize compound (recommended) — apply a very small amount of copper or titanium anti-seize to threads to prevent galling and seizing, especially on the aluminum brake lever body
• Use quality hex keys — worn or cheap 2 mm hex keys can easily round out these small bolt heads. Invest in a quality set
• Color variation — PVD coating colors may appear slightly different under different lighting conditions; minor color variation is normal and not considered a defect
• Manual measurement: weight and dimensions may vary slightly due to hand-measuring and machining tolerances
